Parking at this beach is free but people need to get there early because all of the parking spaces can fill up pretty quickly especially on hot days. Swanbourne beach is famous for being the location of the annual Australian nude beach Olympics. This family beach event boasts a great tug-o-war game, nude volleyball, three legged races, and a “best bum” competition. There is a celebratory barbeque on the beach which people dress up causally for. This barbeque can include hot dogs, steaks, hamburgers, and of course shrimp.
