4) Activities- if you are lucky enough to connect with some locals then you can get a free tour and some fun free local activities, find out where the locals hang out and what is the most fun and cheapest things to do. 5) Transportation- Bora bora is a very small island meaning that most places can be reached easily by bike or foot, and if you rent some bikes you’ve got another activity- go for a few long leisure rides and see what you can find. You’ll save money, and get exercise. And make sure you pack some good tennis shoes so you can walk comfortable from place to place.

6) Souvenirs- skip the tourist shops, and head for the grocery store, or any open air markets, you can even get a bottle or bag and fill it with sand- some sea shells and other nature stuff you can find lying around, and of course pictures! Make sure you don’t buy anything that’s just going to sit in a box somewhere, find something useful like a fun kitchen utensil or a hat for the beach.
