Camping season runs from April 1st through November 1st, but members and associates of Solair Recreation League- Ct continue to attend events and activities at the facility all year long. Both short- term and long- term camping are offered at this nudist and naturist resort. Tent platform sites, with or without electricity and trailer sites, with full hook- ups, ( includes both water and electricity ) are available. Trailer sites for trailers up to 28 feet in length and trailer sites for trailers 28 feet and larger are also provided. Long- term camping is available monthly or seasonal, with both tent platform sites and trailer sites, with electricity and water, offered. Seasonal fees are from May 15th through October 15th and are inclusive.
A host of clean and cozy rental unit cabins are featured at this top- quality nudist and naturist resort in Woodstock, Connecticut. Rental cabins sleep from two to eight people each and are always very well- maintained. Although each rental unit cabin varies, in addition to beds, bureaus and such, some include; dinettes, cable TV, air conditioning, heating systems, fireplaces and decks. Reservations are needed for rental unit cabins and a deposit or credit card is required. Check- in time is 1:00 pm and check- out time is 11:00 am. Cabin keys not returned to the office by 11:00 am will be subject to additional grounds fees. Rental cabins are available daily or weekly and all prices are available upon request. Discounts are available for associate members during the off- season, from November 1st through April 1st. Cold running water is provided in some rental unit cabins, but no hot water or bathing facilities are provided. The clean and professional Canteen at Solair Recreation League- Ct provides fresh and tasty meals from May through October. The Canteen serves breakfast and lunch on Thursdays and Sundays and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. On holiday weekends, breakfast, lunch and dinner is served on Sundays and breakfast and lunch is served on Mondays.
Breakfasts served at the Canteen include; two eggs, home fries and toast, with choice of bacon, corned beef hash, ham, kielbasa, pork chop, salisbury steak, sausage or steak. Other breakfast items include; French toast, omelets, pancakes, waffles, Eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit and bagels. For lunch, the Canteen serves such favorites as BLT’s, burgers, hot dogs, pastrami reubens and egg salad, tuna salad and shaved steak sandwiches. Excellent potato salad and cole slaw are also served. Some of the great dinner items served at the Canteen are; Delmonico steak, fish and chips, Ham, pork chops, Salisbury steak and sirloin tips. Most dinners are served with potatoes and coleslaw.
On most weekends, dinner dances, or other forms of entertainment are held at this nudist and naturist resort in northeastern Connecticut. Special events, such as their annual “Spring Fling Dance”, with a live band and a festive Cinco De Mayo celebration are well- attended and always fun.
