JCPenney has several locations in the Oklahoma City area, including Penn Square Mall and Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City. There are also locations at Town Center Plaza in Midwest City, Shops at Moore in Moore, and Sooner Fashion Mall in Norman. JCPenney usually has great sales on weekends, especially holiday weekends, and if you check your Sunday paper, you can usually get a great discount coupon. The Deb Shop is also a great place to find the perfect prom dress. I found my prom dress at a Deb Shop in Indiana back in 1993. In addition to having great dresses, their prices are very reasonable, and they are always having great sales. Deb also offers dresses for any body type, including plus sizes.
