How to Make Quick Kombucha Health Tea

Making Kombucha Health Tea is simple and easy to make. Kombucha Health Tea is a mixture of bacteria, yeast, and delicious flavoring, which has health benefits. One known health benefits is preventing yeast infections. Here is a simple brewing method for making Kombucha Health Tea.

Ingredients and Materials:

1 pack of Kombucha Culture

1/3 cub Distilled apple cider vinegar or use the juice from the kombucha mushroom pack

2 -3 liters of Distilled water

1 ¼ cup of sugar

5-6 green tea or black tea bags or 3-4 tps of loose green or black tea

½:

Bring water to a boil. Do not over boil the water. When you over boil the water, it loses valuable oxidation that is needed during the Kombucha Health Tea making process. Next, add tea bags or loose leaf tea. Let this mixture steep for 10 minutes. Then add the sugar, and then let it steep some more. Before you continue to the next stage, make sure all materials and ingredients should be at room temperature. At suitable temperature is a steady 69-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Nevertheless, you should never start your brewing temperature at or below 60, because the culture will not form correctly.

Now, that your mixture is at room temperature, you may proceed to adding the remainder of the ingredients. You may now take out your distilling container. Have you decided where you will put your mixture yet? Where will it be undisturbed for 6 days? This is a very import step! If you disturb the mixture the baby mushroom will not form right, your mixture will not ferment correctly, and then you will have to start all over again from scratch! Remember, this place needs to be undisturbed and dark.

Ok, now you may add all of the remaining ingredients to your previously boiled tea. Remember if you don’t have pure 100% distilled apple cider vinegar; you may substitute the juice from the Kombucha mushroom pack. I would put it in anyway. The next step is to place the mixture into the predetermined spot, where it won’t get disturbed. Once it’s there, this is the time to place the large-clean dish towel on top of the mixture. Then place the large rubber band over the towel to hold it in place. Now, here comes the fun part. After 6-8 days, take the mother and baby mushroom out of the distilling container and set aside on a clean plate. Make sure your hands have been cleaned. You may bottle most of the Kombucha Health Tea, and wait five more days for the taste to mellow. The remainder of the tea you can serve and enjoy. Be sure to save 2-3 cups of tea to start another batch. Please remember to add the mushrooms you sat aside on the plate to the new batch. Enjoy your quick and easy Kombucha Health Tea, and have a healthy life!
