Clifford Irving, New York Times Best-Selling Author, Now Available on Kindle

Since I was very young I always had my head in a book. With a Catholic education, my reading list was pretty much the classics and whatever else I could get my hands on at the local library when no one was watching.

In the 70’s I was fortunate enough to hear about Clifford Irving. Pablo Picasso, who I felt was one of the greatest artists of our time had been quoted as saying I [ Fake! ] is a delightfully vicious book, a joy to read and contemplate.”

That was my first Clifford Irving book and I never looked back. “Fake” is a wonderful ride with an art forger Elmyr de Hory, a Jewish aristocrat who lost everything in WWII except for his ability to imitate Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, Renoir, and other great painters of the 20th century. Fernand Legros, a ruthless Egyptian who felt it was fine to bilk museums and collectors in order to finance his hedonistic lifestyle which included using young boys and Real Lessard who was a beautiful Canadian youth who began as Fernand’s protegĂ© and in the end bilked Fernand. The cons were conned and the forger romped throughout most of the worlds major art markets conning everyone along the way. Another bestseller of Clifford Irving’s is “Tom Mix and Pancho Villa”. Launching from the fact that when he was a young man, Tom Mix, who would later be a famous cowboy movie star, rode with the infamous Pancho Villa, legendary leader of the Mexican revolution and the “butcher” Rudolfo Fierro. Romance, adventure, riches and Lt. George S. Patton Jr. hunting Pancho Villa mix with romance, loyalty, revenge, gold and politics to make an amazing fast paced read. The Houston Chronicle said, “Irving’s wonderful big new book is a rollicking, ribald tale”. You can ride with Pancho Villa by purchasing this great book here – http://amzn.to/RWCHpI

Bestselling “Trial” by Clifford Irving is a legal thriller. Texas lawyer William Blackburn falls victim to an ethics probe. He gets another chance and winds up defending two accused murderers in two different murder trials. One client is a former beauty queen who owns a topless strip club. She’s accused of killing her former lover, a multimillionaire doctor who she claims she shot in self-defense.

The other client is a homeless illegal alien who stands accused of killing another man for his wallet. Could you get any two people who were different? Peopled with more quirky characters, the two cases merge and Warren’s life and career are threatened. Want to read a book you can’t put down? Buy this book here – http://amzn.to/Rex9QN
