A few Child Stars you may, or may not, have known turned into sex stars:
Remember Judy Winslow from Family Matters? She was Laura and Eddie’s younger sister. She was only on the show for the first 4 seasons. With no explanation, or acknowledgement that it would be her last, one episode in 1993 she walked upstairs never to be seen or mentioned again. Apparently everyone was consumed with focusing on Steve Urkel, that they couldn’t see her character grow. So, they gave her the boot. When she was 20, a judge awarded the money she made from the show, which was in a trust fund, to her family to keep them from becoming bankrupt. So, having no money, what was a girl to do? Work in retail, perhaps an office job? No! A slightly different “job” would bring in the big bucks! So Jaimee used the pseudonym ‘Crave’ and started doing porn. She has since quit the porn industry to allegedly try to start acting again.
Screech isn’t just the sound you hear when you jam on the brakes!
It’s also the annoying dork from Saved By The Bell. Dustin Diamond played Samuel “Screech” Powers on the show from the former name of Good Morning Miss Bliss, all the way to the end to Saved By The Bell: The New Class. I don’t know from a personal perspective (thank the heavens above) but he has apparently made a sex tape. The name of the tape is Screeched. I can’t actually picture Screech naked, number one, or better yet naked with 2 women. And since this is something I can’t picture in my mind, why in the world would I want to see it up close and personal? The tape is a nauseating 40 minutes long. I wonder how anyone could actually sit through the whole 40 minutes. Now, with unwanted pictures in my head, I move on to the next one.
A Christmas Story.
When I think of Christmas time, I think of great Christmas movies. One of my all-time favorites is A Christmas Story. You’ll shoot your eye out, kid! I don’t know about you, but hasn’t everyone tried to stick his or her tongue to a metal rod in the freezer, just to see what would happen? The memorable scene where actor Scott Schwartz, better known as ‘Flick’, gets his tongue stuck to the pole on an inevitable Triple Dog Dare is a classic! Schwartz was also in an 80’s movie called The Toy. He played the rich boy Eric Bates. When his father, played by Jackie Gleason, asks what he wants for a gift, he chooses Richard Pryor. Yeah, Flick is a porn star, too.
What happened that these child stars that made them turn to the adult film industry?
I’ll never know, but it sure is interesting. It makes me begin to think…who’s next?
